How do you get over your Ex?

It wont be as before, but you still have her close, absent of her touch but yet you have the opportunity to see her, and be glad it didn't end bad or smth like that, so you can still talk with her, maybe in future bring some funny moments you had together, she might enjoy them if she truly cared about you and you the same about her.

Yes in somehow it's not the best idea to remain friends, cause without noticing might hurt both of you (if there was something real between you two). I have no idea how was the relation between you two so I can't talk to much about neither giving to many advice.
