Is it normal that your video only lasts 1 second on Youtube? Even if it's short, it looks totally fine for me.
Please keep in mind that color correction does A LOT to how good a video will look. A well-color-corrected video with a medium rendering will always look better than the best rendering without color correction.

Alwayd have in mind this golden rule for color correction:
Unless you want something very special, it musn't be too bright or too dark: meaning you must NOT have all-white or all-dark zones where you can't distinguish textures and object shapes.

If you follow this, it will look good most of the time.

1) ive had that problem too, try deleting all that required software for legion, like ffdshow codec, matroska etc.. AT ONCE and instal it again, be sure that its deleted completely.

2) well well.... i guess thats the problem of your shity quality on youtube, could u upload same file u uploaded to youtube somewhere else?
YOUTUBE DOES NOT SUPPORT ANY CLIPS THAT ARE OVER 30FPS
tho u can still upload them like nothing ever happened, like ndr said earlier, youtube converts ALL videos and then posts it

soo...this problem is not from legion, u can "fix" this in render output settings by setting lower fps

p.s 30 looks perfect on youtube, tho i like using ntsc preset (29.997)
2p.s i know its a matter of taste but your detailed textures looks pretty ugly

If i'm not wrong, u used graph "pixel aspect ratio" 1.333 but it should be 1. Maybe this is matter of bad qual

Are Legion.bat, the Legion folder, the Movie.avi and Movie.wav files located in the very same folder?

Is the name of the folder in another language? Like Russian? If yes, normal that you get that error in cmd. Just change the name to a latin one.

P.S. it isn't tutorial, just my setting, for surf/slide ( fast movement, when big difference between 0.1 sec frames, so blending give a lot. So i must save it much more correctly )

Same at youtube, yep ? Ratio between file-size / length by Jugaknot ?

I was watched on of Nubz movies, (especially this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvDaf1DhbJ4 ) he told me, its recorded in 300fps. Comparison with his movie, my looks twice as worse, im WTF.
