Well for me stopping it changed so much. I feel much more relaxed and confident, even my voice got lower for some reason (not puberty) and I can now act really naturally around women. I also feel a lot more energetic and resourceful. Just overall feeling like a man now instead of a boy :D
Of course it's different for everybody, but for me stopping was god damn worth it.
