XJ is a joke? Cyclop is lazy

The talks from this administration is like somethings going to happen any day now. Truth is; it's been years and years with the current CEO, and as you've seen nothing has happened. They/he loves to preach about big changes and stuff but behind it is no ambition to do anything. If you want to come in and do work for him/XJ it's all fine, but nothing will ever be accomplished. UNLESS someone comes in and actually does the work FOR him.

So I mean between not being logged in on cs for 3 years( http://i.imgur.com/D4lYYA3.jpg ), and then managing the biggest KZ community doesn't really show respect to anyone. Well let's start with the most obvious part that people don't realize. It's that in the time of 2012-2013 this Ovidiu used to pick and take charge of the "runs of the months/week" and that he picked these by 'gut' , his own quote. I mean for me it's hard to take someone serious that preach for activity and then don't do shit and don't even watch the demos them selfs. Yes he wrote the texts for the rotws (anyone could shit that out in 5 min a Monday afternoon). As it might look like he's striving forward and integrating other mods/updates. Well it's all an illusion to fool you guys to follow his sick agenda, let me tell you. Yes he's done some good stuff back in the days, but these days it's all an illusion.
Preach about implementation, activity etc. But in reality avoid most/almost all of the work himself, just look at before, implementing Pu9 to "do his work for him" pretty much.
Not doing any backups since October, (anyone in their right mind with a web-page of this size would backup at least once a week) and I know that previous owners/people have done weekly backups to avoid things just like this. I mean to me it just shows the lack of respect shown by this man.

So you might ask; why is XJ a joke?
Well I mean between the try-hardness, lack of ambition, no interest and "high activity" it's pretty clear that the people controlling it has a lack of ambition. It seems like XJ is some kind of "letter to the editor" for Ovidu where he can vent his frustrations, problems and give ideas. I mean since all the ideas that actually go to the front-page isn't posted by him he can't take any responsibilities right?
I mean just look at his "banned for life series" where some doubtful evidence on VNS, I actually looked at the evidence myself, and well.. It looked like a 13 year old kid had access to way advanced tools, where he presented something that he believed was right in that moment. As I didn't approve of the "evidence" to ban VNS was appropriate of course I didn't agree, which was part of the demise of the news post from this power hungry boy.
Or the fact that they preach about being open and showing the community/admins what's going on. And in the background be working with juice and fame, completely in the dark from both the community and admins. Oh my, you might say what about kayne?
Well kayne proved his distrust in many different ways but actually proved his way back in the scene by helping out the administration by providing information and cheats. I wouldn't consider it on the same level as fame and juice where they never really had any real role in the community itself. As for letting fame reviewing demos, and his ability to potato(provide) "proof" is in my mind ridiculous. And while keeping everyone in the dark about it.

Or the decisioned to un-ban already permanently banned users such as Nikita, worked out really good huh?

I could go on for hours about this, but you are entrusting yourself in a fable.

I kind of agree with moxx on this one...and the fact that someone runs a community without even taking part in the game...that dazzles me.

Another story i could add is from when i was a map checker not long ago. All was fine and dandy until one day i found myself stripped of "admin rights", which every map checker had for years...so i could not get involved in discussions because i could not access threads whicch every staff member can... Basicly i was a normal user, but with access to the map checking area and that s it. When i confronted cyclopp about this problem (and being the only one who was stripped of access, as there were other map checkers who still had the usual admin rights), i was told that because i came up to him with that attitude, he s glad he removed some of the privileges i had being in the staff as a map checker. For what reasons he did that...only he knows. Then I instantly quit my position in the staff and ended this weird situation.
Its just another example of him doing decisions on his own...

I know it s hard to be the leader of a community where finding cheaters gets harder and harder, and accomplishing ideas is hard aswell because of lack of interest from coders and whatnot, but combining that with bad management and bad decisions just following your 'gut'...leads to nothing good.

Btw remember back when faker was CEO? Everyone was complaining about him, till he left, then everyones switched sides. I mean seriously, there was so many uproars against faker and I remember it as him having very few defenders. Being CEO just puts a big target on your head because so many people feel jealous about the so called "fame" that this guy gets for being in this position or something along those lines.

Scary, i am sure that CEO does not work for free. Like any other administrator on this site.
