Maybe you have problems with eyes, i can see everything perfectly, and disabling smart res. makes it look like video is recorded with with pan in 1999.
#marshall i used 600 fps in hlae but when i rendered in disable smart res video looks like 30 fps

That's so quakeish and I realize it just now. Can you tip me a website where hl community hangs in these days? Do you guys stream matches? Would like a lot to watch some.
Also do you feel alright with 60 fps? I thought hl was supposed to run on 100 or am I mistaken?
Now listen here mates there is EHLL site (Elite Half-Life League) opened after the dead of HLCCL (Half-Life Clan Collision League) it doesn't have a lot of players like in the prime times but we still play Weeks like(Week one,week two..) there are currently around 10 clans and one of them are #AGT they are like shnz in HL1 :P,but lets not talk about that right now.
So its is not actually half-life 1 it is the "promod" of HL1 created specially for touraments it is called Half-Life 1:Adrenaline Gamer mod.Things to know about this mod since the EHLL league is the main one there are special servers with EHLL gamemode which requires minimum 100 fps and maximm 125 (125 is better) ,2nd thing is you need to create youself a CFG if you want im gonna post mine even if 20 players ask me about help dont worry i will help ya all http://s4.zetaboards.com/ehll/index/ (:

indeed, even so, blur looks a lot better, and everyone can still see everything perfectly, so you dont understand your problem

You can't say anything coz of those two screenshots you provided. Different settings and pc's were used to create the clips and there is a different motion of them. You picked ss while stafeing. ALso every one knows how it works but there is a difference between edited clip and a raw one.
Anyway i hope you understood what im trying to say pls LESS motion blur
