You are probably like 2% of people who thinks that this looks better than motion blur, so moviemakers wont start doing lagy clips just cuz it looks good ONLY for you. And even 720p60fps, clip looks lagy so yeah.
I agree with DemonstratorBG. I once tried to find the HLAE settings and video filters myself to make 30 fps kz videos watchable (from my point of view) and found none. 60fps is the only option.
The problem is that YouTube still doesn't support 60 fps playback in all browsers. Be sure to check the fps in your system before judging the quality of YouTube videos.
