There were updates. Another thing is, i didn't run into any major bugs except taskbar ignoring my rmb clicks, which is probably even my issue.

I had a bug, couldn't open start menu, when I restarted, there was an error message telling me start menu and cortana could not be opened, and I had to click button ''sign out now'' because nothing could be opened with that error on the screen, but every time I signed out and signed in again, error message still appeared
I was restarting like a maniac so it finally disappeared xD

There's no cortana for many regions, when will they fix that?

Seriously, this is the shittiest thing about win 10. Not including minesweeper, wtf microsoft?

That's exactly the bug i had and also a guy i know, i tried the most obvious thing, restart explorer.exe and an error happened. And cortana, i wouldn't expect a localized version any soon, happy with english anyway.
