missed some wad files
It seems like the map maker is 8ball1.
Does anyone can contact 8ball1?This map made by him,I think maybe he have those files.I have already messaged him and add him to my friends's list of steam,But He is offline whole time.
So i exported it to .obj and loaded it in win 10 3D paint and i loaded fine, but i had to pick each texture manually when I imported it into paint 3d, so i just picked 3-4 textures and ignored the rest, because there are about 200 textures...
This is what i got when i exported it in crafty: http://www13.zippyshare.com/v/4wytjXJu/file.html
kz_longjumps2.mtl
kz_longjumps2.obj
the 202 textures in .tga format

Yes, it says that those wad files are not found, but that doesn't matter because all the textures are inside the .bsp. Even if you manage to contact 8ball i doubt he still has those wad files.
The only solution i see for your problem is this:
1. I extracted the textures from the kz_longjumps2.bsp and turned them into a wad. Get it here: http://www83.zippyshare.com/v/dbFuOc23/file.html
2. Make copies of this wad and rename them into your missing wad (stars.wad, gta_vicecity_nobugs.wad etc)
This way you have all the textures used in all the wads, so the maps should load without errors in crafty or your 3D program

I really appreciate your help,But I still want the .wad files of 8ball1,I will try to contact him.I'm not saying that your way does work,I just want the original files instead of trick myself.I mean, those .wad files warnings gotta mean something,If he builds every texture in .bsp file,Then those warning won't pop up.He must use some textures out of the .bsp file,And those missing .wad files maybe you don't see it as textures in kz_longjumps2,But It does mean They are not there..
Well you're wrong there, if a single texture was not included into the bsp the game would crash when you attempted to load the map in cs, giving a missing wad error.
The bsp stores all textures that the map needs, that were originally in the wad files. It doesn't store any "wad" information though, just the textures. You can extract all of them, build them into wad files using Wally or something and do your business.

I mean,I have tried to delete the .wad files,Those textures what need these .wad files will change to white model.I mean,Maybe there are some white models in kz_longjumps2 you just don't see it.Because it maybe too small
