Definitely will not help since the problem is not with my CS. The drops also happen in every other game I tested.

I got another GPU, the problem was still happening. Then I reinstalled windows and still the same problem but now it is MUCH less noticeable and totally playable. Try reinstalling your windows to see if you can make it less noticeable. Finally I can play again.

I’m glad you found a way to ease the problem, I tried reinstalling windows many times unfortunately that didn’t help. Keep in mind I’m on windows 10 which probably is the most problematic for FPS games except newer ones like : Pubg (the only reason why upgraded to w10).
I’m pretty sure there are ways to have that smooth experience where u can move ur mouse accurately and without issues but the lack of hardware/software experience makes this issues kinda impossible to overcome. However if your on windows 10 I can suggest to you couple of things that could help.(that if you didn’t done them already)

Funny how skill level goes further and further with different PC’s with different configurations and optimizations.
I would never forget the PC I played at some lan in Sweden. Things were hella easy in gaming point of view..

What windows are you using?

Windows ver1903, but I just bought a new motherboard and I’m planning to use the latest one.

Have you tried resetting your bios to defaults? Something isn't adding up..

It can be a PSU related problem imo.

Do you have an overlay on while playing? (Overwolf/Discord)
