Looking for old Hns demos and a few questions

Hi im looking for demos or footage from the early days of hide and seek 2007-2009. There are so little footage from the hns servers from that time. And I personally don't have anything saved exept for the 2 viedos I made.
Also a few questions.
When was rooftops introduced? I know it was in 2007 buy warlock on the zkillz server but I would like to know more exactly when.
I remember when I started to play I would sit and que for 4 hours just to get in the the zkillz server but late 2007 I had a full page of hns servers. I know some people held pretty tight to their hns plugins and was unwilling to share it. When did this explosion of servers occur and what servers were it?
One last question when did the gravity hns become the "normal" (10aa) hns that was later played? I heard that Verkkopelit might have been first and that zkillz and tweaked came later.

if im not mistaken, we used to have fun on hns before, along with many really goods wr holders and bros..from the "mid era of KZ" like 2005 - 2010 (after thoses beasts along a0ke TED target kimo..) with stormzz mambonen, akm, zhady, brian, Moxx chrizzo, lewly back on the dayz on Fatalis's servers, with ventrilo (even if were 16/16 many times, with slots reservations, i do remember that at the beginning not many people had the good .amxx to do so, except KZMonkeys community and the .sma has been done by Fatalis which one was truely private, and it's understandable it was a fucking hell of a work.. and with times it has been shared to many communities like insilio, kzfr, etc.. and every community had his own servers, private or not.. And i'm pretty sure it got leaked aswell years later.. l don't know the story about china and stuff btw maybe k3g or other can enlight us about hns there..

About gravity, true climbers always played 10aa800gravity normal settings since 1.3.. (which was pretty much axn and after 1.5 1.6 we've got edgefriction) but every servers of bhop/kz at that time was 10aa except surfs.

It's going to be hard to find the right answers for these questions because HNS was never an "official" mode, it was always more the "for fun mod" which brought the more casual play, hence there was no need to keep history like it's done with KZ ever since 2002-2003. So don't expect anything too concrete for most of these stuff, still, hope you find them.

I remember playing a lot at kz-enhagen, it was my favorite server when it was running. The server was usually full I think it only had 16 slots so I had to join another server and wait for a slot to get open.
When did you start the server and when did it shut down? I'm trying to put together a timeline xD
When I started to play hns is was all about rooftops and it would usually get extended to eternity so I never really played those old school maps back then. But ye I played most of those maps afterwards, cs_1337_assault with the classic bhop through the window :D
And yes warlock was the owner of the zkillz hidenseek server, the first mentioning of this server I can find is form 20 Februari 2007. He was also the person who introduced awp_rooftops to hns. If I remember right zkillz became Game-Hosting.com and later merged with noqex Jumpers and became Hidenseek.eu in the summer of 2008.

it was only normal default maps (as/de/cs), "hns map" like rooftops or italy remake wasn't made atm..
But tbh with trickjumps on normal maps it was awesome.. (assault militia train cbble d2 nuke..) and the plugins helps admins which are making the paths to put some block (bhop or not, with teleport and stuff..)
Tbh i always thought that hns on normal maps with fatalis plugin was the best thing ever..
About the rules, as the first nothing was made we put few CT and T, freezetime and go on with roundtimes..
But with few month of practicing rules were made like : CT was in fadetoblack like 30sec at the beginning and T's are "hiding" or making jumps to get in a really good spot, or for the better ones, like to play and monkeys the CTs just wait them, and make them run after you.. T's were only 60hp means that u could get killed with mouse1/mouse2 combos or only backstab..
Somes blocks of the plugin were specifcs : nukes CT / stun them like froze their feets / teleport / drug them....
All thoses things were worked by the admins with access granted to edit/create blocks on th server... with several difficulties.
U could also get skins (monkey face, robot ...)
When u die as T u spec and rounds switch over with randoms CT's/T's regarding the number or people on the server.. and again again.. :p

thoses videos from normal hns 2007 is teh thing i'm talking about, u can clearly see that's only runnign aways from cts with brain, moves, and tips, but smokes were frozen ennemies for 1seconds, flashes were blinding them normally, and moreover the maps were all worked around with specifics blocks from the plugins..

Did you ever play maps like kz_hideandseek1_b01, kz_hideandseek1_b02 and hide_n_seek, hide_n_seek2?

I started hns back when i began highschool, 7th grade. So that makes me 13 back then and im now 27. Must be 2006? I just know when i started awp rooftops werent playing. Another map that was playing frequently was de_inferno_final. The server server died when the pc in closet died:P, i think kz.enhagen must have started 2007 or even early 2008. Cannot remember how long it was up, some year or so, 2 even?
I actually checked my cstrike asap when i saw this thread, and my cstrike dates only to 2009. If I had any they would be lost by now. If i could find my old harddrive perhaps there are some. Kz enhagen brings alot of memories, Enhagen is the part of town where i grew up:d We were a big group of irl friends playing at the time. And before we started the server we always played on lan without plugins, set timer and bought nades. We could be up to 15 people. I saw also in the clip u linked where you, esse, mjukisdjur and stigi playing. This dude STIGI koijjari is my soul inspiration to circle strafes! he was god making that ladderjump from ct spawn to the small ladder below bridge on awp rooftops.
If you could get a hold of gizpo, qewi or qweek im sure they would have tons of information on oldschool hns:D Maybe fubiq have some insight too? And im sure alot more ppl.. So long ago its hard to remember.
This whole thread brings nostalgia.

esselito, mjukisdjyr1 and vibbelito are my irl friends but it was only esselito who played for a little longer time. We actually were a lot more irl friends from the beginning but but no one will probably recognize them except maybe odjyr1 and idiotsäker
I don't know STIGI koijjari I just recorded him when i was spectating because I thought he was good. But I remember talking to him at some point and he said he lived neighbor with TT koijjari.
Looking at the first 2 videos you might recognize a few of the names:
gizpo, qewi, TT, reAti, VertikO, Darzor, Vyrus
in my video there is someone named "gospelkitaristiE: T The Big" and I thought it might be TT
I also think fubiq stated to play hns in 2009

I played tons of hns on rooftops, but with 100 aa...
Had a clan called funkytown.. Those were the days! Loved that map, never really felt like other maps could reach that spot.
