25/05/2021 19:40(edited 25/05/2021 20:03)Seems this thread has to be made because there is so much false information going around and the stuff you guys spam in the newsposts is getting beyond ridiculous. The old rule about accusations going in here only was thrown out the window the minute our own admins started openly calling him a cheater, so I haven't reacted to anything since then.
Also remember just because the demo admins work is not visible to you doesn't mean we're not doing anything. FAME handled things a bit differently, being very open about demochecking. I on the other hand like to keep things within a small group of trustworthy people, because we've all seen what has happened in the past when wrong people have been trusted with too much info.
Before we continue here are some facts:
1. Forget slowmo & segmented demos (this should be obvious since the player can perform live on the same level as demos)
2. His bhop statistics are on the same level as any other great bhopper.
3. He started recording in 2017 on CC.
4. This player has been checked by the old demoadmins too when he first appeared on the scene.
If after these facts someone still has actually valuable input to this matter, we're more than interested in hearing it. If you have questions about this case I will try to answer the best I can without revealing too much.
The only way i could think this guy suspicious is - nickname changing.

its lag thats how it looks in videos like in my wr here i lagged in lan and it looked same : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbWXZrX2qZs (between 0:50 and 0:52) so he consilidated himself and continued the run. Also it would be so stupid to use segmented run like that :p
i'm sure topo is so damn skilled i can see his bhop and climb skills and the difference between us is that he is so consistant with it. (most poeple here saying he's cheating are noobs) .
P.S: im not defending him, and im not a super democheker to tell if anyone is clean. yes i say cheats are possible especially after i watched csgo cheating video about faceit and even top players were catched like emilio and some others...
Solution?? : a trusted russian player (kpoluk toff hardbitter) visits topo or meet somewhere and play in other pc maybe? and try to break j2s_4tunnels in this meeting because btw its shit go sub 3 :D
for sure its not segment demo since he beat lot of wrs at stream so that theory falls here.
For me its about the way he can gain speed and time where others are slower. Nice example is industry where he used boost and dd and bhop and still its rly close WR since hit had better slide. I watched his stream and he always trying something to get the time he need to get advantage since he is not always faster all map and sometimes even with fail he beat wr.
He seems like dedicated player which focus at tech and understand this game at expert level.
If someone have time to research and give something deep into demochecking its always welcome i think.

I take a closer lood to that kz_j2s_cupblock WR and watched it with 0.5 speed, and it looks like he lagged there. It happens very often for me that kind of lag (nothing suspicious there in my opionion).

I would get a better list throwing a whole map pool into a random generator

reminds me when LEWLY(and kkz too) step up to the scene 8 or 9 years ago and start beating everything... back then was unbelieveable too :)
People are suspicious for a reason, it's not just paranoia. Some players that have been heavily accused of cheating eventually turned out as cheaters later (FoF, Kaben, Lynn).
If I remember correct Lynn also had a special release where he ripped a lot of prestigious maps. It seemed just as implausible as Topo's demos.
This game is 20 years old. It's naive to think this game is bulletproof against today's technology.

This particular thread should've been created by users or not at all. It will become shitposting real quick. HaMMa already addressed concerned users as "noobs". You get mocked instantly and people don't want to go against the flow. So they just submit and pretend that they don't care.

some questions for u guys, If he cheats on LAN, does he actually cheat on server too? I mean nantu_d gbc_script_x, we know he has mad times on that maps

also there are guy Aye, he did better times on some death/xtreme maps than topo but he doesnt record demos, that means he is cheating on death maps but we dont know because he doesnt record demos(well wtf im talking right)
Yes this thread is useless since nobody have something to add in the cheat Theory. Its not segment since he beat wrs at stream and servers. If u ask for help or small talk and u listen his tips and etc u can tell he understand this game. Even if u just copy his Tech at some x/d maps its working.

Come on, at least when you try to prove a point, do it properly like fame used to. One thing is keep detailed information private other is throwing some words to our faces saying he is clean period.
The common user doesn't understand nor wants to understand high end demo checking tools, so you can post basic stuff to prove his patterns compared to other top tier kreedzers. You could do it in so many ways, but you have chosen this.

I don't watch slide demos, and barely extreme maps because its too boring for me to watch. But assuming his normal skill, he is also the best slider here, this guy is the kreedzer version of Michael Jordan, which one of you is coming in second.

Most of the best overall players (KKZ LEWLY KELTA SHNZ HEL ETC.) , when they were at their best level of play, were the same age as TOPO now. One got older (there were many other things to do besides playing CS 24/7), he was thrown from the top by another young carefree player. And it has always been that way.
@rawe I mean slide is really irrelevant, since there's literally like 5 people who have mastered it over 20 years. If you are even remotely good, you will look like a god to an average kz player. Same with steepslides etc. I started learning steeps and 5-6 hours later I could finish so called "extreme" steep maps.
Also comparing 2017 topo with 2020 topo is like comparing sbzvln to fyksen in current year. Just look at his records on rush lol, literally noname bots can beat his times that were done in 2017, except a few maps that he geeked to death. Kid went quite far from being able to only record some shit cosy maps to recording 4tunnels and goldbhop in one 30 minute LAN session lmao.
But yeah, obviously no one can confirm he's 100 % cheating or clean until we literally have him fly over somewhere to play under supervision.
@Pez0 but Aye records...? Also x/d maps are completely irrelevant in XJ? Besides 20 million other players, Aye's literally a proof that playing checkpoint maps doesn't help you here.
