25/08/2007 17:26so many ppl wrote that a new lj map would be nice and i think that too so i decided to make one the first layout is done it's a ice-snow-cave theme U WILL HEAR THE NORMAL RUNNING SOUND NOT THE SNOW SOUND! and i want to ask u if u have any wishes
220-269 lj (can also be used as cj)
210-249 hj
210-259 bhoplj
250-280 wiredlj
and a small lj course
i can make that the cj's are in an extra section and like bhop lj with a stone going down but not so big and directly at the block where u run on...

- 210-260 HJ, some people prefer to CJ on HJs :D
- A good contrast between LJ blocks and the ground
- LJ blocks high enough
and of course good fps etc etc etc etc...
ok if you started doing it then u'll have to make it perfect^^
I agree with ndR in all points
the normal sound is a good idea too...
maybe you could also make something like at owensvalley some fun/trickjumps i mean
to make it more interesting...
if you gonna make teleports at the lj course be carefull, make the block higher for example
210+ ljs would be nice ;)

25/08/2007 18:53stop asking for for +260. There isn't a official non cj 260. So we don't need ones.
And LJ starting with 230 is not a good idea because it should be beginner friendly too.
BHOP room- enough space as ndr already said and bigger bhop blocks (something like kz_megabhop would be nice). LJ's 210-269 (210-219 cuz not everyone can do 220+ lj with awp[like me] and for the newbies it won't be neccessary to switch the map to kzfr_longjumps to train lj's). Ahahaha @ colix :D and one more thing... dunno if someone will back up my opinion but the lj blocks at kz_cg_extreme are the best :P so i (personally) would love to jump on blocks wich are at least similar to these on extreme but higher :]
EDIT: the idea for weird LJs is nice too
