-freq or not?

i use -freq 100.

also one way of finding out what the maximum -freq value is, is by testing:D if you have put a too big value (say 100) cs will not run in fullscreen mode:D i can only use -freq 85, but its still a big idfference from not playing with it at all:D

ye and now i made a update, so he can't fail in activating -freq :D
