Sideways longjump guide

it is kind of obvious for me how strafes should be done with w and d... the same thing as forward nothing very special.

But i have a question, what fingers do you use for strafing. Its hard for me to do strafes with one finger (I gues the most of peoples are used to press w and s with same finger).

I saw some time ago suggestion to bind D for forward and A for backwards, but i think all the point to jump sideways goes away at all by doing this. So maybe lets change the view of cam too :D ?
