mirv's abilities combined with after effects are great and it's a lot more easer for some effects compared to importing .bsp files to max and retexturing the maps:D but startmovie is a solution too. fraps sux:)

I did that with one scene of me and I did "startmovie uberbhop 100" , how come the movie is in slowmo? how to change that? :X

You need 2 use Vegas!
Search tutorials in google!!!

Just choose the properties of the vid in Vegas and choose faster playing of the frames :)
