New Computer messing up my bhooping/lj'i
So i got a new custom computer and everything in it is better than my old computer. Weird thing is that now that i played cs 1.6 everything relating to jumping is different. I dont know how to explain it. It feels sort of like source. My mouse is kind of...Flowy...? Its like when i try to long jump when i move my mouse one way then i try to strafe back it feels like it continues to move the first way for a second then moves back. Well anyways now i cant lj or bhop at all and its pretty irritating. Thanks for any help you can offer.

humm... maybe u should clean ur mouse/get a new speedpad or set up the mouse sense of ur windows.
if u got a mouse with dpi-change-ability try to change.
if ur mouse has usb, change the plug.
-noforcemparms -noforcemaccel; put this in Counter- Strike->Properties-> Set launch options, it might help.

maybe gettin' mouse fix and gettin the newest drivers for the mouse video card and fixing your rates can help ya but from what you are saying .. you have slowing down in the mouse wich can be a result of low fps .. check that you have 100 fps .. if you dont try getting vsync off ... if it doesnt work take anti aliasing off too
ok i think it might be the fps i tried getting new drivers and it didnt help. I max out at 60 but i type fps_max 101.
I have a 8800 GTS so i know it will go much higher. Having trouble figuring out why its max is at 60 though
vertical sync is the one thing that can lower your fps .. try searching it at the control panel video card options .. the other thing that can f off your fps is anti aliasing or it could be just AA .. turn it off too

yeah but didnt tell him where to search for it and that anti aliasing could be just named AA .. i was searching on my brothers pc the same thing and it took me 1 hour until realising it was AA :D
it's not AA, lol he's got 8800GT ; 100% you've got v-sync on.. for nvidia, it can be turned off in the display settings and about the acceleration - right click on steam - games - right click on counter-strike - properties - set launch options - and type -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -noforcemaccel .

well mousefix is a register for your mouse .. its make the mouse move more precise .. you can go to run type regedit and find this [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
than add this

Cool thanks so much every1 i turned off vsync and my fps went to 100 =D then i used the 3 commands that dragon gave me and the source feeling went away. Thanks alot =D
I made the mouse fix, but after I turn on my pc on the next day my moves was weird i can't explane but... i play with 2.7 sens and now my mouse is some kind slower than before is that normal?
yes that's normal
with mousefix u will have to increase the ingame sense that it feels equal to "before"
