New Computer messing up my bhooping/lj'i

Its for removing mouse acceleration like already mentioned in some of the posts in this thread.
Make a shortcut on your desktop. right click, properties, copy/paste this to target:
"C:\Programfiles\Steam\steam.exe -silent -applaunch 10 -nojoy -console -game cstrike -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -noforcemparms" (or where ever the steam.exe is located on your comp)

That's what I am using, so it might not make wonders for you, anyway its probably the easiest and most efficient way.
PS.
You need to run both the mousfix and to run the -noforce commands to take away all the acceleration.
