From your demos I can tell your pre is totally wrong and also your strafes are getting way smaller at the end. I've send you a pm,add me on steam and I'll help you out then...

I just noticed that the major problem a beginner like me should work on is the proper distribution of airtime. imo it's even more vital than sync alone.

Hi,
my LJ rec is 252. I do 245-250 pretty often.

Now I want to make 254-255 etc but I got 1 problem: I can only make 6 strafes. I dont know how but I simply cant do more.
So im wondering, is there any tips and tricks to make it easier to strafe more than 6 ?

Bind your duck to mouse2 (right mouse.)
console:

bind MOUSE2 "+duck"

I can duck way easier with 8 strafes with that trick :x

thanks fizik for that bind ;P i tried it first but then i didnt try Longjumping with it. Now i can to 7-8 strafes 10aa and 7-9 100aa :) but i need to get the sync down before i can get some good jumps ..

why the "showpre" plugin is not allowed anymore?

Its always been illegal because it gives you an unfair advantage. It SHOWS YOU THE PRESTRAFE. lol

At bhop it tells you if you have to strafe to get good pre I think. And it also used to bug fps-death

some1 have a recommandation for a good keyboard for KZ/HNS? Im gonna get a Intellimouse 3.0 and a EVO-G mousepad and i need a better keyboard soon. Cant do more than 7-8 strafes with it and my friends is doing 8-10 with his ..

Any keyboard is good, to be honest. I have G11 and I hear many lj nerds have it or G15.

every sensitivity from 1 - 9 is fine the only thing that you need to do is adjust to your sensitivity and the best strafes that match the sensitivity

for begginer 265+ is fine but when you`ll develop your longjumping skill you can do with 250 pre

have a question... if the "showpre" plugin has never been allowed why sPADER's 256 lj is on the top5?
