Ive seen it too, from LJnknown, He does it at the 2 man boost to jail from the house on awp rooftops, he jumps alone, then "Bugs/freezes/times-out" then he is stuck in mid air and other players can b hop across to jail on his head while he is still stuck in mid air, then once their across he gets messaged by them on friends and Reconects to the server so his body disappears and ct's cant get on his head and jump to jail.

its like your playing with your ping.
i saw 2 people do it, they jumped over to red roof from T spawn.
1 of them jumped out with a ping on 20000
slowly he falled down so you could jump on him and over to red roof.

Me with a friend managed to land on the lower floor behind RR and reached the label after bridge:
