I've seen it too, it's like they lag for 5-10 secs. But I have no idea what they are doing.
bind key "timerefresh;timerefresh" etc etc you can stay forever.
Its just a laggy bug nothing special.
its kinda funny :D and if there are only a few seconds to play you can jump down and lag in air :D

no. it works... you dont die or if you die..
you can carry another player on you so he drops a little and you can get down on the ground example in awp_rooftops
If its what i think it is, then you can easily do it, when you jump into walls there are not more than 90º Like this is good to jump intro /\

then go to a high place and jump down
while falling press "j" a few times and you ll "stay" in air

yep thats it! but it doesnt work on me.. my screen starts blinking different colors and i must quit cs to get it work it again

i think timerefresh is not real air bug, cause if you use it you'll die
