*NEW* x264 codec guide in Sony Vegas!

"- 1 minute ~ 25-30MB" thats way to much for a x264 codec. Poeples get 15mb/min with this codec. and 4500 bitrate is way to much imo.

guess you are using the same codec but only single pass?
check out this video
its 2 pass rendering, u get 35mb/min files without audio. i'm only using it for wow movies so i guess u can lower the bitrate for cs movies
rendering time: 10 min movie in 2 hours or so depends on your computer etc, so its really fast
quality: fucking excellent and clean

the filesize is a bit bigger coz i'm using multiple audio tracks(6 in this video)

I don't like coding x264 right out of vegas :/ you get better quality if you render uncompressed from both vdub and vegas, then code it with progs such as MeGUI (for XP users) and avidemux (for vista users)
