hey guys!
i had a bit time so i made a short "tutorial" that explains
the important things that are not shown in the youtube guides!
at first u have to know how to read your LJstats to look
whats wrong on ur LJ-technique! u'll find a small
explainaition of the "common" LJstats here!

explanations:
* Amount Lost: its the speed you lost with your strafe (0.000 would be a perfect strafe).
* Speedgain: speedgain is the speed that you got only with the shown strafe.
* Jumpedge: jumpedge is the distance from the point u jumped off to the blockedge.
* Landedge: landedge is the distance from the point you hitted the block to the blockedge.
* Sync: sync is the syncronisation of your mouse-movement in relation to your strafes you do with your keyboard (normally a and d)
to get better distance start your prestrafe like that!
take a big whide pre to get as much speed as possible.
press "+jump" in circa the angle shown on my pic here :

turn fast to the right ( or to the left, for left pre)
until you reached circa the position on the pic here:

the first strafe should be a bit bigger than the
other ones to take the most speed out of it. the result will be a
better distance.

i have a good questin , why cant i FUCKING lj anymore ? :(
i had a perfect strafes ( 6-8 strafes ) , and did 250+ stats everyjump , but now i can do hardly 240 block , and its happened like 1 month ago ( strafes lost ) , now i think never will get them back :(

ur frst strafe is much too slow
u have 26% airtime!
