if a guy robs a bank and one of his friends tells to the police about it with a proofment and the robber gets arrested because of him,it will sound justifull wright?In the case there are 2 guilty poeples - the thief ,and his friend for betraiding him ,but the one thats realy guilty is the thief and in the case,his is punished becouse of his nonresponsability and must feel guilty for him self.. like, he robbed the bank ,wright? not someone else,and probbably gets what he deserves.. so is the hel's sittuation i think
That's not the situation of hel imo.. heL, if u meant him by being the thief, didn't wanted to rob this bank, but his friend forced him to do so, he didn't wanted to send a demo at all, but his friend did, and then they busted it was heL on the demo. This wasn't like robbing a bank, it was like stealing chewing gum in the tiniest store ever. There are many kind of cheats out there more important than a plugin that activates /god whenever u want, and such obvious shit is just fucked up, how can u think that someone wanted to cheat with this ? lmao.

heL^_x must be a strong person then if a guy in the internet can force him to record a cheated demo and send it to him. And that still makes him guilty.
I agree it's a pretty stupid cheat, but there are still tons of people who try to use bhop scripts and sv_gravity or whatever which are even more ridiculous. Shouldn't these people be banned? The quality of the cheat shouldn't even matter that much. He clearly had bad intentions with his modified plugin because as faker said, what good intentions can you even have in this case? If he would've just wanted to try what time he could get he just could've used a normal godmode plugin.
And it's pretty funny that you compare XJ to the tiniest store ever and a world record to a chewing gum. Is that what you really think this community is?

First of all, heL sent the demo to KZFR with another nick, here we are good. Then KZFR accepted it, and a guy took the XJ nick hades, and sent it. So he didn't gave it to anyone, this "anyone" downloaded it and sent it himself!

Actually, yes. This community is like a chewing gum. Look at this. Kunqui made a thread and asked some serious once time. He didn't get it first, look at these first posts. Are you calling this maturity ? Actually, Kunqui was like them, and now he's asking some serious, he get fucked. Because he did this kind of answers too. You can't change a community like this. A world record, in my simple everyday life, isn't anything compared to get some real food in my hands, to be able to eat. Of course we are talking of a game, which subject must be still the game, but I can't understand how people can find a world record this important. some "Get a Life" should be fine.
I don't try to make XJ decision change, but I can't accept that comparing hel case to the others cheater case is an injustice and stuff.

You guys should really be happy since most of the communities of this size act way differently compared to us.
Admins don't "mix" with the "unknown and random people", it's impossible to contact them, they give no reason when they ban someone, and the only thing they say is "if you're not happy you can leave".
In this case you could talk about "injustices"!
We give our finger and you want the whole arm.
That's unfortunately how most of the people are in here.

what i wanted to say is that FOR SURE there are more injustices (made them in purpose or just without intention), than what kunqui said at the beggining...

maximalz made a good point, 6months is actually quite a lot, i think the nfs, avatar and s3eker should get unbanned in 6months (if they wrote essay) but we don't know if they did.
and if heL wrote an essay, then truth is it followed the XJ guidelines whatever if cheated; like iiN (he wrote essay and unban in 6months)
