I came back after 8 months and the kreedz scene looks dead to me these days. Is this the end guys or is it a false impression?
almost dead scene...i think u should do some wr to revive

Its up and down imo, maps get harder to beat by every release. We need more maps!

We're trying our best, things have been pretty lukewarm. The return of chrizZo, however... that would certainly turn some heads.

There are regulary WR releases and tournaments (tonight is one btw), how can you say it's "dead"?

There are wr releases regularly, but there are only few demos. There were times when release contained 40 new demos.
29/04/2012 12:41It would be soo easy to relive the kz scene imo but the admins are really lazy.. Why don't make map releases more often? Why don't make a Contest for a best kz_ljs3 map? Witch would include ladder jumps , wj , bhop Spin jumps , slide mby even strafe ace jumps like jumping from high platform to lower one and other jumps?!.... Thats because everyone loves to complain like blah blah kz is dead thats over blah blah and not even trying.. Thats how sad it is in my opinion..

I dont think it`s dying just because of the admins..yeah they release like 7 maps a year and it`s nearly impossible for new players to keep up with the old players...
It`s not just the admins...the level that people need to reach and the skill that they need to gain to start beating WR`s is just uber.It requiers A LOT of time and it doesnt just worth it.Plus KZ-ing cant be compared to the 2012 games..how do u espect people to jump in a game from 2002(?) when they can play 10GB games released a few months ago.
KZ will never die,there will always be HNS/KZ servers where you can see a lot of ppl having great time but Proffesional KZ(xtreme-jumps) will be gone.
Its dead to me,most of the oldschoolers i know and that are good in kreedz stopped playing (konqui,shnz,zhady,supa,brian etc.) and only newcommers with random cheats play and they think that they're good at something related to kz but not,they are killing the fun of kz....................
