You are not providing any evidences, just a compilation of written texts composed by ancient poets. Wake up its 2017 and you still practice medieval beliefs aka religion.
Shame on you, DNA is the major evidence of the theory of evolution. It shows how every spicies are connected in the common tree of life, which has one beginning. We have 30% of common DNA with cabbage, 50% of common DNA with banana, 90% with any mammals and 98% with chimpanzees. With DNA we can trace our relatives and where did the first homo sapiens come from (East Africa). How population throughout the world distributed. Gives us information that our relatives, small reptiles, survived during the cataclism which killed all dinosaurs.
Evolution is the same fact as that our planet revolving against the Sun, its proven, its known and accepted in the scientific society. Those who deny it, are just ignorant and people who try to disprove it or publically proclaim that it is not true, make themself looking ridiculous. Evolution is our history after all, and those who deny evolution, deny their history.
I suggest you to read your first pop science book, Blind Watchmaker by Richard Dawkins. It will explain you a lot that you failed to learn.
Also if you are so eager for proofs of evolution, there is great book dedicated for the evidences of evolution named The Greatest Show on Earth by Richard Dawkins.

The oldest piece of literature known to man is Sumerian as far as i know. The Epic of Gilgamesh came like 400-500 years later.
