It needs to go into the Steamapps\SourceMods folder (create it if it doesn't exist).

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam Games\SteamApps\sourcemods\KreedzClimbing
those are the file locations I have the mod installed in. D drive is my main installation and where I initially installed the game.
You can not play in cs no steam?
Its on there meow, no idea why now as I've done a few steam restarts since installing :S

KZMod is a mod for Half-Life 2 that brings the CS1.6 movement to the source engine, it's not a mod for counter strike.

You have different versions of the game. Remove installation from kzmod installer and reinstall, fixed it for me. Also update before launching the game. Game build should be 2423.

my sourcemods folder is empty before installation...does KzMod need something to be there?

Could anyone help me? I did everything except installing "Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer" only because I don't know where to install it from.

open steam ->my games -> click on tools > find Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer in the list
Thank you, it works now, but there's one problem... When I write in console "name Immortal", it says that my nick is immo97 and i can't change it...?

yeah you have to change your name to "ImmortalBG_1337" on steam before attempting a WR run.
My e-mail is [email protected] and my name on steam is "ImmortalBG_1337", I don't know why my name is immo97, there's no logic...
I dont get this thing with the drivers.. i did everything till point 6 and then couldnt find it on my steam library.
I have to say that the main folder of steam was originally in C:\ but then i cut it (didnt copy) and moved it to E:\.
So i dont have steam folder in C:\ and kreedzclimbing is in e:\steam\steamapps\sourcemods\kreedzclimbing..

I tried this -
mklink /J KreedzClimbing "G:\SteamGames\SteamApps\SourceMods\KreedzClimbing" but it stated that its impossible to do it or something like this..

Hi, what was the old path to your steam folder on the C drive? Did restarting steam again fix the problem?
