The future of new maps [POLL]

Out of all the arguments I honestly can't see one real downside, to continuing to accept new maps.

And WR's main role isn't to"fill up the demos", it's to maintain a constant flow of entertainment for the masses. Within that sure, there's records - But there is so much more.

Honestly the whole idea of 'having a wr = you're actually the best player on X map' died yeeears ago. We are past that and there's no way you can compare nowadays era with target, zhady, t3dbundy, ndr, etc era .. damn the game was only ~7-8y old back then, now its been already ~18 years. Do you still expect and see people tryharding as much? Except overgeeked old af maps, ofc.
Let XJ focus on providing actual new content, instead of beating a dead horse.
