Take a 4 days to one week break. After the break go jump, but make your first strafe wider than before break. I promise you after that you will jump 250+ stats everytime ;) (Works me everytime)

thats a good question, I always thought that its some guy with a nickname "LongJump" and maybe he was trying to do the roof to rock jump on de_nuke, before kz was discovered :D. But seriously some1 should ask "kreedz" about that...

Your first strafe is slow, try to do strafes more faster
