Longjumping or normal Kreedz?

i think if u fail on a kz map its very frustrating imo, so i only see fun in competitions with friends. To record a demo on a kz map is much harder than to geek a new block record, so i think if u wanna have fun, just practice with ur friends having fun at the same time. but if u really going for wr and ur geeking some map 24/7 its hard and frustrating as failing on lj blocks i think..

the one thing is fun, the other thing is the proof of being better than somebody ..

so its ur choice

hmmm i have a nice comparison..

maybe its the same as it's in surfing: either u complete maps like shadow and get a best time, OR u practice hard tricks on maps like wrun, egypt etc.

i think u cant compare these things as well..

thats different, thats like kz or bhop.
compare it to surfing. do u like surfing, or do u like ONE SINGLE GAP in ONE SINGLE MAP?

hm Bibo, i think u cannot compare trick surfing with surfing, that aim is to complete a hard map in a good time.

U can do combos and hundreds of tricks on swift for example and feel good at it, enjoy the smooth surfing,

or u can complete shadow in some minutes, and feel happy about new rec. i think u cannt compare these things.

And remember i didnt say that either "trick surfing" or "speed surfing" is better, there are ppl who like the one or the other one.

But as u said, trick surfing is imo NOT JUST a part of "surfing". I think its a new "style" which has been developed after ppl got better machines and 131 fps became standart.
But thats not important.

And of course trick surfing is a part of the whole definition of surfing, and maybe u cant separate them! Hm, ye i think surfing was just advanced, thats all.

And ofc this comparison doesnt fit to the topic at all, i think i should't have compared these things together. Longjumping is definately just A PART of kz.

I choose kz ofcourse... KZ got a very good thing that LJ doesnt have, thats the adrenalin when your in a good run and close to the end, its the best feeling in the world. LJ is boring mostly, but is fun some times!

Agreed, but lj has that too. It's almost the same feeling when you do a new block rec or something. If you look at any demo at the lj-section you'll see that they shoot at the sign and write smilies, thanking their buddies and such:P I prefer KZ too but atm I'm inactive

if u wanna get a new time rec on a map u must geek it. there is no fun at all as well.

i think there are enough ppl who are very good climber themself. isee no point why ppl hate ljers.

i jumped myself ljs and it feels really good when u getting better and better. i did kz some time too, also bhop. and i can say that it is really more fun to play kz with mates than geeking ljs.

But why all this hate? u can say that kz is a waste of time too like lj and whole CS. but if u like too geek something its ur choise, u cant hate ppl for that.

wtf u talkin about? surfin was invented for tricks..
speed surfing is a new style that came out, and it requires so skills

so the first surf maps were created not to complete them but to do tricks on them?
i dont know i dont surf that long to know it sry.
