Its hide so i dont know what should i do and idk if it will change something.

if you use vegas then only bitrate will affect at quality

progressive scans dont need any interleaving, but who knows what fieldorder that guy is using. interleaving basicly matches the upper & lower field and places their lines correctly, which is indeed also important in vegas

so basicly you got 2 options
-set the "field order" to "none (progressive scan)" -> the interleaving wont matter
-use another field order, therefore set the interleaving to default
