w0w dude you'r 6 strafe sux really 0.o try to do them more smooth and your 4rd strafe is too big.. and try to get more sync

You need more sync and bigger straff before starting lj with 7 straff :/

your 3rd strafe has gain under 10, try to fix that and your distance will be better

dont try to make fast strafes if they are synced liky your 6-strafes-longjump


do 5 and try to make then as good as poss.
your problem is that your strafes are too low, u have 32 % airtime on your fisrt strafe!

isn't sync the percentage of frames in witch you gain speed out of the total frames/per each strafe ? , dont think hl engine detect mouse movement (so that it can be compared with the strafes)

+ whats up with the +10 gain on first 3 strafes lol, look at deus's 255 almost all equal and all under 10

avatar do you have some tip or trick for CJ ? i mean prestrafe...my rec is 285.6.. and its too low... :( would you help us understand how to get as high pre as u have ? ;D where is the key ? :D

at first do /speed
do a pre like ljpre and when u see 275 speed start your duck an d turn 90 degree, than you pre will be 293 os something..
try out and practice
