The 100 Coins

There are 10 sets of 10 coins. You know how much the coins should weigh. You know all the coins in one set of ten are exactly a hundredth of an ounce off, making the entire set of ten coins a tenth of an ounce off. You also know that all the other coins weight the correct amount. You are allowed to use an extremely accurate digital weighing machine only once.

Question : How do you determine which set of 10 coins is faulty?

I've been veeery close to answer, but unsuccessful :[

Yeah that 100 coins-puzzle was rather easy. At first I COMPLETELY misread/misunderstood it (haven't slept for a while so I'm having a hard time paying any attention to details) and I got the solution in 1 seconds. Now I read it again and understood that I had somehow got the whole puzzle completely wrong, but despite that I managed to solve it quite fast.

Yes just one time.
Here is the solution:

You take 1 coin from the first set, 2 coins from the second set and so on till 10 coins from the tenth set.
You weigh all the coins together.
If the total weight differs by 1 hundredth of an ounce its the first set, by 2 hundredth of an ounce the second set and so on.
You could also put 0 coins from the first set, 1 coin from the second set and so on till 9 coins from the tenth set. Then by 0 difference it would be the first set an so on.

11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
12. The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.

14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
15. The man who smokes blend has a neighbor who drinks water.

I couldn't solve the 100 coins problem because you never say one of the sets is faulty, so I didn't get if it was one coin or one set...
