1) "wrong" of course :)

2) If all 4 windows face South then the house is at north pole. And at the north pole they're only polars bears who are white.

Following this info, the house can be situated whereever you want it to be. All the windows can be placed on a single wall. Thus the bear's color can be brown or whatever...

I know what you meant by those 4 windows... lets edit it a little bit, so it makes sense.
