23/07/2014 14:10Since ever I see VNS recording and he was never busted, maybe he had some great hax to be or he was legit, imo, I thought you would catch him by his strafes (they look way too robotic) but no, so I am not sure, I hope someone can end the drama already.
i am pretty sure leggie ended this already and there is one positive side effect of these threads and that is that the activity on xj gets to a whole new level.

late to the party but nice detection of those fishy +jump inputs, sure its perfectly normal to have a +jump input every other frame, but 2 as standalone [Jump,nothing,Jump,nothing,nothing..] is really fucking awkward to do, for me at least, because it seems like you need the physical force/speed that would result in at least 3 or more +jump inputs in one scroll to have the speed to manage 2 jump inputs like that, but with such force how can u just stop your finger irl and not have a third +jump input?
im not saying hes out and out cheating, but even if he's learned some sick technique irl to create those 2 jump inputs in 3 or more frames it doesnt make sense to me in that those inputs simply aren't efficient, and to have such a consistent bhop for 2-3 minutes you would think that getting only 1 and 2 +jump chances for a bhop, regardless of any bugs or whatever that might result in those inputs, would make it hard, or a better term unlikely, to not be messing up any of those jumps
oh and yes and Juice's potential involvement just tops it off, his pub bhops seem so cheated it's unreal, although of course i have no proof of this whatsoever.
not sure if that made sense or not but those are my thoughts

the thing is that ive actually lost so many runs just because of that issue which seemed to be my usb port that made that weird scroll pattern or w/e, thats also mainly the thing that made me lose motivation to record since it screwed up so many runs but since i'm 95% sure that i found out the issue i shouldn't really have those odd non scrolling stuff going on with my mouse. if anything i find it pretty funny that something that made me rage quite abit and fucked over so many runs of mine is considered a cheat to some ppl.

a random mouse doesn't necessarily mean i can't do wrs with it. also venice is incredibly short so that it bugs out on a map like that is very unlikely

i spec him all the time and i've seen him fail so many times
i wouldn't consider a broken mouse or whatever it is to be a cheat
since it basicly screws up most of the rounds

Nothing is ended, we all know that there is no any bug in your demos and they are simply cheated with non-stable bhop hack. Show me at least one demo with such bug (1 +jump;-jump command while your previous and next jumps with 4-5) from trusted (not Swedish) player and only then I will shut up.
The thing is that VNS yours friend doesn't mean that he is not cheater, so, please, be objective. I didn't say shit like "he suddenly came in 2013 and start recording sick demos, haxor". I gave to you real proofs. Too sad that you don't understand shit in screens that I post so this thread is more for democheckers than for you.

Obviously because problems with port/mouse/etc you won't get such jumps ONLY when you are need to bhop. Why you don't have such problems in mid air or while you on the ground?
About possibility to have different amount of +jump commands due the different jumps on the map - bullshit, except if you don't need to do bhops too fast (tunnels, etc). But as you can notice by this image, VNS had different bhop styles/different amount of jumps in the same sitiation:

He was in the similar tunnel but now he was making only 2-3 scrolls instead of 4-6 like he was doing at first.

How bhop hacks work:
1. Bhop hack detects if you on the ground or in air
2. If you in the air then nothing is happens, but if you on the ground it checks your speed and if it's 299.9 or less it jumps with staying on ground for minimum time (1msec or 1 frame). But if you have more that 300 speed hack will jump only on the second frame on the ground to get as much speed as possible because if you will have 300+ speed and jump after 1 frame on the ground your speed will go down to 240, but if you will stay on the ground for 2 frames your speed will go down only to 270 what is much better/faster. But you should know that not all hacks that Juice made doing it to be more undetectable.
Also there can be jumps with 3 frames on the ground, also to make it more undetectable, but such jumps always gives you disadvantage so there is minimum of them.
3. Since hack knows when you one the ground and when not he don't need to spam +jump commands, he need to send it only once in right moment, and thats looks like this:

It's not hard to notice that jumps is obviously cheated and you need to hide it somehow so hack sends some other +jump commands with random gaps and count.

Vuala, undetectable bhop hack is done. Almost undetectable.
There is few things that can help you detect such hacks.
First of them is that when you start bhopping with hack, your first jump will always have only one +jump command.

Some hacks for unknown reason sometimes sends 1 +duck command after bhop, it's also can be indicator of bhop hack.

Now, since world records on such high level you can fail runs even with hacks, especially when you uses hack which able you to fail bhops.
